Although at the time Pete was working as a project manager for another builder is was very evident he was in charge and wanted to make us happy. We cannot speak highly enough of Pete and his team. We began a total remodel of our house in the of all the headaches of the Covid pandemic when lots of other contractors became flaky, unreliable and overpriced. But no mater what, Pete and his team stood by us to see it through. Pete later started his own business and we continued to use him as our contractor. We found it easy to trust any of the projects in Pete's hands. He is always earnest and professional in his dealings and is a perfectionist (in a good way) with his finished product. We hired Pete and Jim in the winter of 2021 to complete an unfinished bonus room above our garage. We are thrilled with the results! our family has been through several construction projects ranging from minor renovations tp building a house from the ground up. Without a doubt, working with Pete and Jim was one of the most pleasant construction experiences we've been a part of. Our project finished early and under budget which is impressive during this time of material shortages.
