Cottrell Management is a residential builder and remodeler located in Manchester Vermont. The business is owned and operated by Pete Cottrell and Jim Larson who have a combined 55 years experienced in the building trade and the building materials industry. Their passion is to build sustainable structures with materials that are best in function and durability and by using old school craftsmanship.

We are very proud of the work we do and feel our quality is second to none, but equally important is that our work needs to hold up to the harsh ever changing Vermont environment. We stay up to date on the most current building codes, best building practices for our area and the newest products as they become available to our market. You won’t hear us say “it’s the way we’ve been doing it for 25 years so it must be good enough”. Over time things change, materials become more efficient, buildings become tighter and if you are not constantly on top of these changes you are setting both you and your customers up for potential risk. We simply won’t cut corners to move the project along, customer satisfaction and our reputation is paramount in creating the best final product. Our primary goal is to carry out the vision set forth by our clients and to keep you happy during our time together.

Our style of clean, clear communication is without a doubt one of the most reoccurring compliments we get.
